Trip of a lifetime with my mom! My mom and I went on the Amalfi Coast trip in May of 2023. Ever since I have gotten back to the US, I have not been able to stop talking about it! The experiences, the food, and THE PEOPLE were fantastic. Claudia, Pepe, Filomena, Papa, Valleria, and Linda - thank you for having us and sharing your family with us for the week. I have never been on a trip that has meant so much. I am in the hospitality business but I could have never curated a more personal trip in my entire life.
Some highlight dishes - Claudia's salad dressing that I still can't make right, the meatballs, tiramisu, lemon raviolis and the meat we had on the last night. DELICIOUS!!!!!
I thought I might be the youngest one on this trip and actually, I was but it made absolutely no difference. So for anyone looking to this trip - you should not care about that because it will not make a difference! Also this trip you must be open minded and ready to embrace the culture and family oriented days and singing nights. Pepe and his brother will serenade you and make you dance up out of your seat!
I can not wait to come back someday.
